Our family has owned or lived on waterfront in Puget-Sound since the turn of the century. More specifically we have owned, lived on, camped on or vacationed on the Hood Canal since childhood. Lyle has spent most of his life in the engineering profession, in addition to imparting our waterfront knowledge, Lyle will provide a technical slant to local real estate issues by writing articles on technical aspects associated with buying and selling properties.

WE ARE TRUSTED AGENTS WHO CAN PROVIDE WATERFRONT EXPERTISE. As natives of Kitsap County we have lived throughout the Puget Sound area all of our lives. Lyle is a licensed, registered Professional Engineer (Electrical). Karen has worked in the medical field and has done extensive financial/office management kinds of work for industrial and defense contractors. Our combined experience encompasses work in the medical, educational, military, design and manufacturing, industrial and management fields. Lyle is a Navy veteran who served in the Navy in Korea during 1951-54. He served on the North Kitsap School Board for 8 years and the State Board of Registration for Engineers and Land Surveyors from 1999-2004. We have traveled extensively throughout the U.S. and in many foreign countries. As Real Estate Agents we have sold a number of waterfront and/or view properties. We believe we are in a position to advise buyers on such issues as taxes, tidelands, fishing and shellfish harvesting in addition to showing the advantages and disadvantages of living in particular areas of the Puget Sound.
